We are a family-owned business and love every moment of it. Rupert Richards is a veteran of the
United States Air Force and currently serving in a senior leadership position at the United States
Department of Agriculture. Danielle Skinner is one of the pivotal people in the business; she loves to
fly under the radar but there’s no way this restaurant could function without her. She and her
husband, Kenny, help to formulate a dynamic duo when it comes to the infrastructure of this
company.

They eat, sleep and breathe the brand. Danielle is the Front of the House Manager. She wears
several hats in the company while working on her master’s degree. Her husband is the go-to person for the food truck and prep operations. It’s good to see women in leadership. It’s even better to see a
father-daughter team that’s unstoppable. It’s even more impressive to see a black couple conquering
the business world. Uncle Lance runs the Back of the House, his ability to blend spices and
seasonings is amazing. The look of customers melting as they try a sample is what the food industry
is all about. Truly, a family that works together, laughs together, eats together and WINS together.
It’s a win-win relationship.
